Privacy Policy

VoicePlay ("we", "us", the "App") lets you host and join live voice rooms, play games, and send virtual gifts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using VoicePlay you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
You give us
- Account: name, email and profile photo from Google or Apple Sign-In; your chosen username and avatar.
- Profile & content: bio, room names, chat messages, direct messages and voice notes you send.
- Purchases: a record of coin top-ups, gifts sent/received and in-app transactions (payment card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by us).
Collected automatically
- Device & usage: device model, OS version, app version, language, and in-app activity used to keep the service reliable.
- Push token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send notifications.
- Live audio: your microphone audio is streamed in real time to others in your room via our voice service. We do not record or store room audio.
2. How we use your data
- To run voice rooms, games, chat, gifts and the coin economy.
- To operate your account, deliver notifications, and provide support.
- To keep VoicePlay safe — detect abuse, enforce our rules, and act on reports.
- To improve features and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with the service providers that make the App work:
- Supabase — database, authentication and storage (hosted in Mumbai, India).
- LiveKit — real-time voice streaming.
- Google Firebase — push notifications and crash reporting.
- Payment provider — e.g. Razorpay / Cashfree to process coin top-ups.
- Authorities, where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. See Delete Account.
5. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct or delete your data — from the app or by emailing us.
- Turn notifications off in your device settings.
- Block or report other users at any time.
6. Children
VoicePlay is for users 13 and older (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect data from children below this age; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Welcome to VoicePlay. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use VoicePlay.
1. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 13 (or your country's minimum age) to use VoicePlay. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account; don't impersonate others.
2. Coins, gifts & purchases
- Coins are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Coin top-ups and gifts are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or app-store policy.
- We may adjust prices, gift catalogues and rewards at any time.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts or coins outside the App is prohibited and may lead to a ban.
3. Community rules
To keep rooms welcoming, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or hate on others; share sexual content involving minors or any illegal content.
- Post spam, scams, or misleading links.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate the coin economy.
- Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
4. Content & moderation
You own the content you create but grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the App. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms or our community rules, with or without notice.
5. Disclaimers & liability
VoicePlay is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost coins from misuse, or user-to-user conduct. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
6. Termination
You can stop using VoicePlay and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Changes & contact

Frequently asked
How do I get coins?
Earn coins from daily check-ins, tasks and by winning games, or top up from the Wallet. Coins are used to send gifts and enter coin matches.
I sent a gift by mistake — can I get a refund?
Gifts and coin top-ups are final and can't be reversed, except where required by law or app-store policy.
Someone is breaking the rules. What do I do?
Open their profile or long-press their message and tap Report, or Block them. Our team reviews every report.
My microphone isn't working.
Check that VoicePlay has microphone permission in your device Settings, then rejoin the room. Your mic stays muted until you tap the mic button.
How do I delete my account?
See Delete Account — you can do it in the app or by email.

Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your VoicePlay account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Me → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email from your registered address to appwe352@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll verify and process it.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, avatar and bio.
- Your chats, direct messages and voice notes.
- Your followers, room memberships and activity.
- Push tokens and device identifiers.
What we may keep
Some records — such as transaction logs required for tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons — may be retained in anonymised form for up to the period your law requires. Remaining personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Any unused coins or gifts are forfeited and cannot be restored.
